Java training in the Philippines

The software outsourcing sector started hiring more manpower since 2006. Companies prioritize hiring experienced Enterprise Java developers who do not require advanced training anymore in Java programming.

But unlike the awareness for contact center manpower requirements, the awareness of a resurgent software development sector is dismal. Added to this, the education and training barriers for Java programmers are quite high.

Most IT companies require a bachelor of science degree for entry level positions. But holding a bachelor of science degree does not assure a candidate of landing a Java developer job.

The candidate needs to pass a stringent recruitment process. Afterwards, the candidate undergoes a company-sponsored Java training program.

The Java training period usually lasts for 240 hours or 6 weeks. The candidate gets hired only if s/he successfully hurdles the Java training course.

There is an urgent need for more, and better trained, Java developers.

Why not invest in yourself? Enroll in a Java training program and
get hired!
